Associates will be responsible for operating and tending to an industrial sewing machine to sow hospital mattresses in a manufacturing environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Pay is $18.00 an hour.
Job description
Responsibilities
- Operate an industrial sewing machine to sow hospital mattresses.
- Carry, push, and pull materials up to 30lbs.
- Thread machine, change needles and adjust tension as required.
- Perform sewing functions in a precise and timely manner.
- Meet company quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Able to keep up with daily quota.
- Able to stand and perform stand up sewing in a manufacturing setting.
- Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
