1. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that.
2. What is the difference between Free and Premium?
Free includes full job access, personalized recommendations, some resume templates, up to 3 saved resumes, PDF export, and 2 job-specific resume optimizations. Premium unlocks all templates, unlimited saved resumes, unlimited job-specific optimization, and Word (.docx) export.
3. How often are jobs updated?
Job listings are updated daily so you can see recent biotech, biopharma, and life science opportunities as quickly as possible. In GetBioJob 2.0, all users can view all available jobs.
4. What if a job link is broken or the role is no longer available?
We monitor job status daily and automatically remove inactive or invalid listings whenever possible. If you find a job that is no longer available but still appears on the platform, you can click the Feedback button on the job detail page. Our team will review it and update or remove the listing as quickly as possible.
5. Are my resumes saved after downgrading?
Yes. Your resumes stay saved in your account after downgrading. You can still access and edit them, but some features, such as premium templates, unlimited resume creation, job-specific resume optimization, and Word (.docx) export, may no longer be available on the Free plan.
6. Do I need a resume to get job recommendations or optimize for a job?
Yes. To receive personalized job recommendations and use job-specific resume optimization, you need one main resume in your account. You can either upload an existing resume or create one with Bia.
