Service Description

GetBioJob provides biopharma, biotech, and life science job discovery, resume creation and optimization tools, AI-assisted candidate workflows, and employer lead collection services. Unless clearly stated otherwise, GetBioJob is a platform provider and not the hiring employer.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and the content you upload or submit. You should review AI-generated resume suggestions before saving, exporting, or using them in applications.

Job Listings and AI Outputs

Job data may come from public sources, partner feeds, or employer submissions. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, hiring outcomes, interview opportunities, or employment results. AI-generated fit, gap, rewrite, and direction suggestions are assistive outputs and should be reviewed by the user before use.

Subscriptions and Feature Access

Some features require a paid plan, including certain templates, Word export, unlimited saved resumes, and unlimited job-specific resume optimization. Subscription billing terms, renewal handling, cancellation rules, and payment processing are shown at checkout or in the applicable payment flow.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not perform bulk scraping, data extraction, or automated abuse against the platform.
• Do not use the platform to upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

Limitation of Liability and Changes

GetBioJob is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these legal terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised version.
