Job description
What you'll do
- Sort, code and match invoices
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing (Duplicate invoices, overbilled PO's, verifying service periods for a subsection of vendor types, etc.)
- Provide supporting documentation for audits (when needed)
- Track Credits and resolve any associated issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapidly-growing company
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Results-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality
Requirements
