ACT Team Leader

Summary

RiseWell Community Services is looking to hire a Full-Time Team-Leader to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. In this role, the Team Leader will supervise their ACT team while providing direct services on a multi-disciplinary team. Our leaders serve as an essential component of this impactful, clinical team. Leadership skills, collaborative abilities, and compassionate communication are a must!

Job description

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher with a license in social work or Mental Health Counseling, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or licensure/registration as a registered nurse or physician
• License required (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Valid and clean NY State driver's license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting
• Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health
