What You’ll Do

Shape Launch Strategy into HCP Impact

Bring brand and indication-expansion strategies to life by translating insights, campaigns, and messaging platforms into compelling, HCP-ready experiences across new disease indications and specialties.

Partner with Sales and Brand Leadership to prioritize and sequence the tactics and assets that build HCP readiness at every launch milestone.

Collaborate with marketing colleagues to deliver launch tactics that flex by indication while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.

Create Connected Digital Experiences

Co-create branded and unbranded iCVA experiences and HCP websites that connect strategy, messaging, and channel execution. Lead delivery of the unbranded website and its core traffic drivers in alignment with the Omnichannel Associate Director.

Use the right mix of agency expertise and AI-enabled ways of working to accelerate high-quality content, shorten cycle times, and increase the return on HCP-facing investments.

Empower the Field

Partner with Sales Leadership, the Sales Leadership Excellence Associate Director, Commercial Learning, and CAL to create practical, launch-ready training and guidance that help field teams engage HCPs with confidence and clinical credibility.

Develop an integrated suite of field-ready resources, including branded and unbranded iCVA content, sales training materials, promotional education assets, campaign pull-through tactics, and MLR-approved collateral across personal and non-personal channels.

Lead Cross-Functional Delivery

Serve as the key tactical partner to the CLE/LN and SSc/IIM Marketing Directors, turning brand strategy into high-quality, HCP-ready deliverables.

Align with the Sales Leadership Excellence and Omnichannel Associate Directors so shared asset frameworks—including iCVA, websites, and messaging platforms—remain connected, adaptable, and true to the brand.

Guide agency-of-record and vendor partners, alongside Marketing Directors, to deliver work on time, on budget, and with a clear link to strategy.

Deliver with Excellence and Learn from Performance

Lead the day-to-day development and progression of assets through MLR, Legal, and Regulatory review, enabling compliant, on-label, and timely HCP engagement.

Work with Insights & Analytics and Omnichannel partners to understand performance across HCP touchpoints and turn those insights into stronger campaigns and assets.
