As the Associate Territory Manager, RWS, you will make an impact by leveraging your expertise, collaboration, and commitment to excellence to help advance our mission of Saving Lives, Restoring Health, and Giving Hope. Through your daily work, you will contribute to innovative solutions, operational excellence, and meaningful outcomes that support donors, patients, healthcare providers, and our communities.
What You Will Do
This role manages a defined territory by prospecting, targeting, and building relationships with key market contacts—including surgeons, DPMs, and clinical program directors—to grow and maintain business while partnering closely with the Territory and Regional Managers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue and territory goals, including preparing quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as audits, reconciliations, sales analytics, and billing issues.
- Fulfill all required compliance, product, and sales training.
