Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide compassionate ABA therapy to children with autism in a center-based environment. They are responsible for delivering clinical excellence, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
