Role Focus
In a clinician-first model, BCBAs focus on clinical quality rather than administrative overload. Centralized support for intake, authorizations, billing, and recruiting allows you to prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ABA therapy and clinical supervision

Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
