Role Focus
A Clinician-First Model: We structure our centers so BCBAs can focus on clinical quality, not administrative overload. With centralized support for intake, authorizations, billing, and recruiting, you're able to prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration.
- Sustainable Caseloads: manageable caseloads and protected time for supervision, training, and collaboration
- Structured Onboarding: customized onboarding plan and dedicated ramp-up support
- Leadership That Understands ABA: leadership team includes experienced BCBAs actively involved in clinical direction

Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- State Licensure (if applicable)
- Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
