Job description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the treatment planning process for 8-10 families at a time
- Actively engage with youth, families, the Ranch treatment team, and external resources to create and manage a single plan of care for each child
- Monitor the treatment plan to ensure the child's goals are being met
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to assess the youth's needs and coordinate services
- Provide continuous youth, family, and custodian contact
- Serve as an advocate for youth
- Empower families by teaching them how to communicate with each other, create daily schedules, and manage behaviors and medications
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work - OR graduating this semester with a Social Work degree
- Required to obtain Social Work Board License within 1 year of hire
- Required to obtain Wrap Around Certification once hired
- Be at least 21 years old
- Pass a thorough background check, including criminal, abuse, and motor vehicle
- Have a current driver's license and insurable driving record
Requirements
