Company overview

Saluda Medical is a pioneering commercial-stage medical device company that is revolutionizing the field of neuromodulation with its innovative closed-loop technologies for treating chronic neurological conditions. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota with global operations across six continents, the company specializes in developing advanced spinal cord stimulation (SCS) therapies. Saluda's flagship product, the Evoke® System, represents a paradigm shift in pain management as the world's first ECAP-controlled, closed-loop SCS therapy. This groundbreaking system automatically adjusts stimulation over 4 million times per day based on real-time neural signals (ECAPs) unique to each patient, delivering personalized, data-driven therapy. The company's proprietary technology platform senses and measures neural responses to stimulation, automatically adjusting therapy based on real-time neurophysiological feedback. With strong clinical evidence demonstrating superior long-term durability compared to traditional open-loop therapies, Saluda Medical has raised significant funding including a recent $150 million IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange. The company focuses on transforming patient care for chronic intractable pain conditions through objective, consistent, and personalized treatment approaches.
