Summary

Join Cartwheel as a founding member of our Alaska clinical team, bringing mental health care directly into rural schools across the state. Cartwheel is the nation's largest school-centered telehealth provider, partnering with school districts in 16 states to bring therapy, psychiatry, and family support to students who would otherwise wait months for care.

Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a clinical leader to join our interdisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, therapists, and school health professionals. As Cartwheel's founding Alaska Clinical Supervisor, you'll deliver direct care to students and families across the state and supervise future associate licensed therapists.

  • Participate in case discussions with other Cartwheel team members
  • Support students and families with transition to community care providers
  • Build collaborative, trusted, and lasting relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families. Meet and communicate regularly with school staff.
  • Provide clinical supervision to associate-licensed clinicians in Alaska, and deliver cultural competency training — with an emphasis on Alaska Native communities — to Cartwheel staff and providers supporting Alaska clients
