Company overview

Janux Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering the development of novel T cell engager immunotherapies for cancer treatment. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in San Diego, California, the company has developed a proprietary Tumor Activated T Cell Engager (TRACTr) platform designed to create safer and more effective cancer therapies. Janux's innovative approach focuses on developing conditionally activated T cell engagers that remain inactive in healthy tissues but become activated specifically within the tumor microenvironment, potentially reducing systemic toxicity while maintaining potent anti-tumor activity. The company's lead candidate, JANX007, is a PSMA-targeted T cell engager currently in clinical development for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Janux's pipeline also includes other solid tumor targets, leveraging their platform technology to address significant unmet medical needs in oncology. The company has attracted substantial venture capital funding and strategic partnerships, positioning itself at the forefront of next-generation immuno-oncology therapeutics development.
