Location: Concord Reserve | 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, OH 44145. Schedule: PRN | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but are required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
- Respond to call lights and provide timely support
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
- Launder residents’ personal belongings
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment
- Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
- Participate in shift reports at beginning and end of shifts
Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
