Job description

The Role

Eko is seeking a Creative Designer with DTC or e-commerce experience to own creative output across paid media, web, email, print, tradeshow, and digital product initiatives. This is an impactful and highly visible role on our performance marketing team, and we're looking for someone eager to grow their craft in a fast-paced environment.

This role is execution-focused with room to contribute and drive forward ideation. You'll collaborate closely with our lead copywriter, freelance designers, and marketing team to produce a high volume of polished, brand-consistent assets across multiple channels, guided by campaign-specific briefs and weekly ad hoc requests.

The right candidate thrives in detail-oriented, high-output environments, moves efficiently under tight timelines, and takes pride in delivering clean, production-ready creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to execute campaign assets across paid media, web, email, print, and tradeshow, aligned with marketing calendars and launch timelines.
  • Design for performance: understand how creative decisions influence conversion and engagement, support A/B testing workflows, and iterate based on results.
  • Produce multiple creative iterations quickly across digital and print deliverables, maintaining pixel-perfect quality and brand consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Prepare and package files for both digital deployment and print production.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Copywriter, Head of Growth, and Growth Marketers — taking feedback constructively, communicating clearly, and contributing to aggressive creative deadlines.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of design experience working on DTC or e-commerce brands (brand-side or agency).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, production-ready creative across multiple channels and formats.
  • Familiarity with conversion-focused design; exposure to A/B testing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design; with working knowledge of video editing and/or photography.
  • Experience working and experimenting with AI-tooling to assist production
  • Proficiency in Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in subscription-based or high-growth DTC brands is a plus.
  • Understanding of print production and packaging preparation is a plus.
