Healthcare Supervisor- Dietary is responsible for directing and supervision of food service employees to ensure all duties, including food production and sanitation requirements, are completed in a timely manner, according to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate's degree preferred.
Experience: One to three years' work experience as a supervisor or manager in a food service facility, or five or more years' work experience as a food service worker with increasing responsibilities.
Skills: Computer proficient.
License / Certification: As required by Florida law. CDM/CFPP is highly desired for this role.
Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide service appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
