The company's pipeline includes advanced clinical programs for hereditary angioedema (NTLA-2002) and transthyretin amyloidosis (NTLA-2001), both in late-stage clinical trials. Intellia has established strategic collaborations with major pharmaceutical companies including Regeneron and Novartis, and maintains a strong intellectual property portfolio with over 400 patent documents. As a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: NTLA) with approximately 500-1,000 employees, Intellia represents a pioneering force in the gene editing space, working to transform the treatment paradigm for patients with serious genetic disorders through one-time, potentially curative therapies.
