- Ensure National MVOLs are trained and field-ready on scientific content, value evidence, account planning, executive engagement and core industry compliance standards.
- Champion disciplined account planning, insight documentation, follow-through and knowledge sharing while simplifying processes that do not advance customer, patient or business outcomes.
- Partner across Medical Affairs to develop resources and scalable approaches that improve execution and reduce unnecessary duplication.
Culture, Compliance and Quality
- Model and foster a high-integrity, speak-up culture that encourages open dialogue, diversity of thought, psychological safety and an inclusive working environment ambitious for patients.
- Ensure all field medical activities comply with applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, company policies and Medical Affairs standards, including documentation and appropriate separation of medical and commercial activities.
