Summary
Concierge Home Care is hiring Entry-Level Account Executives in Pensacola, Panama City, and Tallahassee to join our growing healthcare sales team. No previous healthcare or sales experience is required. We'll provide the training, coaching, mentorship, tools, and support to help you learn the healthcare industry, develop your sales skills, and build a successful career. This is a field-based role for someone who wants to be out in the community, building relationships, developing a territory, and creating opportunities.
Job description
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and memory care communities, and other healthcare providers
- Identify new business and referral opportunities
- Develop and maintain a consistent territory call plan
- Network throughout the local community
- Educate healthcare professionals about Concierge Home Care's services
- Deliver presentations and in-services to referral partners
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships
- Follow up on referrals and opportunities
- Track visits, contacts, referrals, and territory activity in the CRM
- Monitor territory performance against monthly goals
- Partner with our clinical team to help patients access quality care at home

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Recent graduate or upcoming college graduate
- No prior healthcare or sales experience required
- Demonstrated track record of sustained commitment through a job, sport, leadership role, organization, internship, or similar experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory
- Comfortable using CRM and office technology or able to learn quickly
- Panhandle-area graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly candidates who already have connections and familiarity with the Pensacola, Panama City, or Tallahassee communities
