We are looking for an Event & Community Intern - IM8, based in Miami (on-site), to support our events and community team across activations, launches, partnerships, and day-to-day community engagement. You'll help plan and run events, keep our community warm and responsive, and capture the moments that make IM8 feel alive.
What You'll Do
Event Support
- Help plan and coordinate events, activations, pop-ups, and partnership moments - logistics, vendors, samples, RSVPs, and run-of-show.
- Provide hands-on support on-site: setup, guest experience, sampling, and pack-down.
- Track event details meticulously so nothing slips - guest lists, deliveries, timelines.
Content & Coordination
- Capture photo and video content at events for social and community use.
- Help with general coordination and admin support for the events and community calendar.
What We're Looking For
- A current student or recent graduate wanting hands-on experience in events, community, marketing, or brand.
- Genuinely warm and people-first - you love making others feel welcome.
- Organised and detail-oriented - you follow through, and nothing slips.
- Proactive and hungry - you spot what needs doing and do it without being asked.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Available to work on-site in Miami, including the occasional evening or weekend event.
