Job description
Our Filling Machine Operators are responsible for running high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled manufacturing environment. They conduct cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines using proper aseptic technique, and strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
Responsibilities
- 3rd Shift is 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday nights
- Run high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room
- Perform cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines
- Use proper aseptic technique and follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high
- Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements
- Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment
- Must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English
