Position Summary
Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking a per diem/on call Front Desk Receptionist at our Kirkland location. This position is responsible for welcoming our guests with a smile, providing quality and efficient service for internal and external customers, answering, routing multiple phone lines and responding to routine questions.
Additionally, this position assists with the coordination of patient admissions, discharge process, monitors patients while in lobby, and will be responsible for other related clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred Experience: Two (2) years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
- May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.
- Successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Certification; provided during Fairfax new hire training.
Requirements

- Experience in a health care environment (preferred)
