What Your Day Will Look Like
- Be the Face of the Clinic: Welcoming patients, checking them in/out, and managing the first impression of our practice.
- Coordinate Care: Scheduling appointments, routing calls, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Expert Administration: Verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and maintaining accurate records.
- On the Move: Joining our team at satellite clinics 1–3 times a month to serve our broader community.
The Schedule
- Full-Time: 80 hours per pay period (every two weeks).
- Work-Life Balance: Hours vary between 6:15 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment
- CPR Certification (we'll help you get this within your first 60 days)
