Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Keeps current on all production goals and objectives through in house training and communication with their respective supervisor to include the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Assures optimum productivity and quality standards are maintained.
- Assures that needed raw materials are requisitioned properly and in time to maintain productivity goals.
- Works directly with associate and team leadership to establish, maintain, and improve self inspection procedures for the manufacturing of quality products.
- Assists in instructing associates on how to report production, waste, and material usage according to the latest acceptable methods.
- Responsible to assure proper safety procedures are followed by all associates assigned to their area.
