Job description
We are looking for a Lead Teacher who is motivated, compassionate and has a calling and passion for helping children. We are looking for someone with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on a child’s life.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage student schedules, school rosters, census, and daily enrollment
- Oversee PowerSchool report cards, transcripts, PA Secure IDs, and Keystone tracking
- Coordinate CDT admission/discharge testing, PSSA/Keystone testing, and test administrator training
- Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, supervision, and new teacher support
- Manage clinical paperwork and oversee credit recovery
- Participate in and support academic initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education required
- Master’s degree in Education preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification required
- A minimum of three years experience working with youth in an educational setting required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
