Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides medication administration, physical health assessment/screening, communicates with MD/NP/PA for orders, obtains samples, may provide individual, group and family education related to medications or physical health processes and subsequent paperwork.
- Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities.
- Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team.
- Participates in peer review process.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities
May provide supervision as directed.
Education and/or Experience
LPN: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and prefer one year of experience in nursing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid LPN license
- One year of nursing experience preferred
