Summary
This position operates under the supervision of a center Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) or Medical Doctor (MD) for staffing purposes. This position provides assessments and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This position works to provide mental health, addictions and behavioral health clinical treatment/diagnosis within scope of practice as defined by degree and license. This position is responsible for participating in treatment planning with the center psychiatrist and client, reporting client progress to appropriate referral source, and maintain adequate and timely documentation. This position operates under minimal supervision and must exercise tact, judgment and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center. Work is very broad in scope and requires a high level of professionalism.
Job description
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides assessments and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Provide mental health, addictions and behavioral health clinical treatment/diagnosis within scope of practice as defined by degree and license.
- Responsible for participating in treatment planning with the center psychiatrist or HSPP and client.
- Reporting consumer progress to appropriate referral source and maintain accurate and timely documentation/reports.
- 4C Health is dedicated to providing the supervision as outlined by the state to assist in securing licensure.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field (MSW, MS, MA) required.
- Experience and knowledge of appropriate therapeutic practices preferred if direct line staff.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
- Candidates must be willing to submit to comprehensive background checks, including but not limited to criminal and child protective services checks.
