Job description
- Examine and perform analysis on peptides, nucleic acids, proteins and antibodies using general wet chemistry techniques and various instruments, such as: HPLC, Solo-VPE, MFI, AKTA, DLS, HI-AC, Viscosity
- Formulate and characterize lipid nanoparticles
- Support scientists with the formulation of biologics and nucleic acids and buffers, as needed
- Follow GLP and good documentation using electronic lab notebook
- Help with organizing and cleaning of lab and work environment
- Follow documentation and safety practices
- Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related field with 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related field with < 1 year of relevant laboratory experience
- Understanding of industry practices and standards
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and interpret experimental results
- Hands-on experience with pipetting, pH, Uv-VIS and HPLC
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
