Provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for children and young adults in their homes, ensuring consistent patient care and maintaining professional communication with clinical support teams.

Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and dependable follow-through
- Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus, but not required
