Responsibilities
- As an LPN or RN on the night shift, you will oversee and deliver resident care in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards
- Administering medications, treatments, and providing direct care per care plans
- Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes appropriately
- Supporting residents’ overall well-being and comfort overnight
- Accurately documenting care using electronic medical records
- Collaborating with other departments and communicating effectively with families
Requirements
- Current Ohio RN or LPN license
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care
- Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
