Your Tasks and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role, Maintenance Specialist-Creve Coeur, MO, are to:
- Manages lab equipment operations and is responsible for maintaining equipment and automated systems to meet lab testing demands
- Works very closely with lab personnel, other engineering teams, and third party vendors to maintain lab equipment
- Testing North America Row Crop Quality Assurance North America Vegetable Quality Assurance North America Manufacturing Plant Biotechnology

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to develop and deploy automated solutions in a lab environment
- Knowledge of basic mechanical systems (electric motors, pneumatics, hydraulics etc.)
- Ability to develop a high level of trust within your team, business partners, leadership, and other key stakeholder groups
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multitask in a high throughput environment
- This position may require a change in shift hours Weekend and overtime work as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent certifications in related field 2+ years of experience working with laboratory equipment
