This position is responsible for partnering with business development and operations staff to create proposals for new potential work to be performed by the Pharma and Diagnostic solutions team.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Client, BD, and operations team to create proposals to support new projects
- Create new processes and practices to optimize and grow the biopharma and diagnostic services division
- Create financial models for considered work and partner with finance to gain approvals
- Lead solution development for potential work being contemplated including scheduling meetings with appropriate internal stakeholders and securing their approvals/disapprovals for potential work.
- Prepare and produce relevant business proposal reports to understand and project future work volumes.
- Identify insights into internal work flows and sponsor requested work to optimize the contemplated work
- May lead client governance interactions for select clients.
Qualifications
Required Work Experience: 10+ years of experience in laboratory, biopharma, and or diagnostic industry in a client facing operational role and/or a sales role
Preferred Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a contract research organization.
Physical and Mental Requirements: Office work and periodic travel
Knowledge: Highly Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite and other computer-based applications.
Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Quantitatively inclined Strong/expert communications
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required), Master's Degree (Preferred)
