Work closely with the Manufacturing Planning & Production, Pilot, R&D, Purchasing and Quality departments to expedite the flow of quality work orders into manufacturing. Manage raw materials.
Job description
Specific Job Duties
- Create and manage cGMP/FDA compliant batch records/MMR's throughout the review process to Production, including RedZone and Intellect requirements as needed.
- Check production orders for accuracy and format, run size, priority, and assign and manage inventory.
- Work with Pilot, R&D, Planning, Quality departments to assure correct, compliant batch records/MMR's.
- Check lots for deviated materials, adjust batches as needed, and maintain deviation database.
- Generate deviations as needed for materials, manage order inventory for shortages and expiration dates.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.
- Develop product rework MMRs in coordination with Pilot, MFG, and Quality departments.
Requirements
- Production/planning experience
- Knowledge of Excel and ERP applications
- Ability to learn and apply Navision, RedZone and AFP production planning systems
- Fluent in English and good cross-departmental communications skills
- Experience with Microsoft office and related applications
- Available to work overtime and weekends
- Navision experience a plus
- Attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be ready and willing to work with a fast-paced production team
- Strong Math and problem-solving skills
