Job description

Your success in this role is measured by turning high-level commercial strategies into active, high-performing field execution and creating practical tools, processes, and insights that support pipeline growth. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Sales, Growth, Marketing, Product/Clinical, and Operations to align ownership, timelines, deliverables, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate broad commercial growth objectives into practical, localized market execution plans, target lists, account intelligence summaries, outreach playbooks, and event follow-up workflows.
  • Extract, clean, and manipulate CRM and commercial intelligence data to create targeted prospect and account lists; monitor campaigns, CRM activity, and market trends to identify pipeline risks and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain actionable trackers, dashboards, workflows, templates, and pilot processes that improve execution, activity logging, visibility, and ROI; support executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Connect Sales, Marketing, Product/Clinical, Operations, external agencies, and field teams to align deliverables, capture customer insights, remove friction, and drive adoption of new initiatives and tools.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in market development, sales enablement, operations, or a highly execution-focused growth marketing role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data cleaning, basic modeling, and lookup functions, plus deep comfort navigating CRM systems such as Salesforce and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to move between high-level market analysis, detailed tool building, and direct stakeholder communication while operating effectively in ambiguity.
  • A strong bias for action and a track record of building, testing, and refining practical solutions based on real-world feedback and momentum.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional teams with different goals and operating styles.
  • Resourcefulness and sound judgment to know when to move quickly, iterate, or ask for guidance; experience with modern data-targeting platforms is a major plus.
