Summary
The Marketing Operations Coordinator for Bracing & Supports is detail-oriented and driven to build relationships with team members, regional representatives and project leads. This individual will be responsible for driving the planning, timelines and reporting for marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement and supporting various creative projects as assigned by the Marketing Director or Manager.
Job description
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development of global and certain regional marcom project schedules, annual planning, resource planning and project costs using internal processes
- Develop strong relationships with global and regional Marketing Managers, project managers and Coordinators to maintain transparency and coordination of global projects, and manage global to regional meetings.
- Work in partnership with key team members, other departments, and external vendors to develop project timelines ensuring that all deliverables are met for global and local stakeholders
- Effectively develop & communicate project schedules and provide status updates proactively
- Assign resources for creative requests using job submission platform to meet project deadlines while identifying overlaps, finding efficiencies, and assigning priority
- Report on creative project pipeline
- Assist with quotes, proposals, vendor set-up and scheduling vendors for projects
- Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and branding guidelines are adhered to
- Comply with copyright and privacy regulations
- Support other marketing projects, as assigned
Who You Are
- Project Management certification, formal project management training, or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or marketing operations
- Understanding of the creative process in brands or agency
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Teams, Jira and project management tools
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Strong communication skills
