Documentation & Operational Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, real-time medical records by completing at least 80% of progress notes within 48 hours of service delivery.
  • Manage a balanced direct-service schedule to meet target productivity standards while preserving high standards of individual client care.
  • Strictly uphold HIPAA guidelines, code of ethics, and organization-wide confidentiality protocols regarding all client records and communications.

Professional Growth & Team Engagement

  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, complete required ongoing trainings, and earn continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain clinical competencies.
  • Attend staff meetings, contribute to peer case consultations, and support team members during coverage needs while pursuing professional leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor's degree and 5 years' supervised mental health experience; OR a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field with less than 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience
