Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, restock, and organize merchandise
- Collect and distribute packages and mail for the office
- Act as a friendly and helpful resource for staff regarding office-related needs or concerns
- Assist with vendor research, coordination, and relationship management
- Help maintain a clean and orderly office environment
- Work collaboratively with departments to support office-wide policies
- Support the Operations team in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Customer service mindset, with an excellent work ethic and an optimistic attitude
- Strong emotional intelligence and passion for building relationships across all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods
- Successful candidates will be autonomous and will be able to handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Dropbox
- Must be a US Citizen
Education and Experience
- This is an entry level position; Associate's degree preferred
- Retail experience required
- Previous experience in an assistant role preferred
