What You'll Work On
- High-volume, high-variety casework across sports medicine, total joint replacement, spine, hand & wrist, shoulder, hip, knee, elbow, foot & ankle, pediatrics, or General Orthopedics
- Shaping clinical protocols with a data-obsessed, outcomes-driven team where cost reduction is a priority
- Research and product development opportunities for surgeons who want to push the field forward
- Team physician roles with professional sports teams and local institutions
- Practice-building – referrals, relationships, community presence – for those who want ownership over their growth
Who We're Looking For
You're BC/BE in orthopedics (generalist or subspecialist – we want both). You're licensed in Illinois or can be.

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedics (generalist or subspecialist)
- Licensed in Illinois or able to obtain an Illinois license
- Interest in efficient, outcomes-driven care
- Interest in building a practice or contributing to growth of the care model
