DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic in Elkhart, IN. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Schedule Requirements
- All Teammates are required to work M-Sa, 4-3 shifts / week, rotating opening & closing shifts, working every other Saturday.
- Operating Hours: 5:00A - 9:00P Monday - Saturday
- Scheduled Shift Start & End Hours: 4:00A start - 10:00P close
- Shift Length: All shifts are 8, 10, or 12hrs depending on the day and the need.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
- Pass a background check & drug screen
