Job description
A Day in the Life
- Handle a high volume of primarily outbound calls, ensuring patients receive the healthcare supplies needed to support their ongoing care.
- Create and submit patient orders, accurately complete account updates, and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve patient and order-related issues.
- Meet established performance goals for productivity, quality, and service excellence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to troubleshoot and navigate changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data entry quality.
What Success looks like
- Achieving goals related to attendance, productivity, quality, and order accuracy, including handling 100+ calls daily, maintaining an average talk time of four minutes, and meeting sales-per-hour targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting positive patient experiences.
- Managing patient orders accurately with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and data entry quality
- HIPAA compliant work environment
- Hardwired Ethernet internet connection (cable or fiber) with minimum 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
- Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule
