We are looking for someone to join our Memorial Medical Group team as a Practice Manager. In this role, you will be required to travel across 3 locations (Jerome/Plain City, Urbana, and Marysville).

What You'll Do
- Responsible for the overall operations and leadership of three Urgent Care Locations; supervises the effective and efficient operation of each location by providing visible leadership and rotating through each location on a consistent and regular basis; acts as organizational liaison to Urgent Care provider group to ensure collaborative patient care.
- Oversees and promotes the recruitment and retention of qualified staff; develops current staff; assigns and trains staff; directs, monitors and schedules staff; evaluates and monitors performance and ensures competencies are completed; fairly and consistently reviews and makes decisions regarding leave requests.
- Comprehends and oversees front end billing workflow or Urgent Care, including management of EMR related work queues to monitor error and edits that require intervention; actively engages in timely and effective communication across the organization to ensure financial success of the Urgent care Sites.
- Works in staffing for coverage of areas in need as necessary; provides back-up and start-up assistance with other physician practices within MMG.
What You'll Bring/Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Three to five years experience in supervisory role and three to five years in a healthcare environment; preferably an urgent care setting.
- Knowledge of billing functions or an urgent care or medical office is preferred.
