  • Lead the care delivery workstream for priority launches and indication expansions, including future GU launches beginning in 2027; maintain an integrated readiness plan with defined owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions, and contribute care delivery assessments to launch governance.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Marketing, Account Management, PECS, SIA, SCG, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other partners, aligning responsibilities, resolving dependencies, and ensuring follow-through while respecting functional decision rights.
  • Lead development, appropriate review and approval, deployment, and lifecycle management of care delivery tools and resources supporting the current indication and future GU launches, partnering with relevant functions to ensure availability through approved field channels and systems.
  • Establish measures of readiness, adoption, and implementation effectiveness; track progress and use pilot results, customer feedback, and field insights to recommend which solutions to scale, refine, or discontinue and inform Care Delivery priorities.
  • Enable field activation in partnership with Account Management and relevant training teams, equipping KAMs, UBAMs, and other field partners with approved resources, training, and best practices to support consistent utilization and execution across priority accounts and customer segments.
