Summary

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager for Panome Bio's multi-omics services. You'll turn complex science into clear, credible value propositions that resonate with researchers. You'll also run campaigns end to end, from strategy and content through HubSpot email, LinkedIn, advertising and events, and you'll track the pipeline and revenue they produce. This role would collaborate with product management, R&D, sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Job description

What you'll do

Positioning and scientific messaging

  • Translate technical capabilities into benefit-driven value propositions for target audiences.
  • Define and validate our differentiation.

Go-to-market and launches

  • Participate in launches for new services and applications: goals, timelines, readiness checklists, and post-launch reviews.

Campaigns and demand generation

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns from top to bottom: audience and offer, content, channel mix, build, launch, and optimization.
  • Build and deploy email programs in HubSpot, including segmentation, nurture sequences, landing pages, forms, and A/B tests.
  • Plan, publish, and promote LinkedIn content, both organic company posts and paid campaigns aimed at scientific audiences.
  • Guide Google Ads search and display campaigns, including keyword strategy, ad copy, budgets, bidding, and conversion tracking.

Lead generation and revenue impact

  • Own targets for marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, and marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Define lead scoring and handoff rules with sales so leads are followed up quickly and consistently.
  • Set up campaign attribution and dashboards in HubSpot that tie each program to pipeline, closed revenue, and cost per lead.
  • Report monthly metrics.

Scientific content and evidence

  • Plan and produce application notes, technical notes, case studies, webinars, and posters with our scientists and customer collaborators.
  • Shape our presence at scientific conferences.

Sales enablement

  • Build pitch decks, competitive battlecards, objection-handling guides, and other tools.
  • Participate in sales team training.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related science. Masters or PhD a plus.
  • 2+ years in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or application science at a life science tools, biotech, or scientific services company.
  • Clear, concise writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and leadership.
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns yourself in HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation platform), LinkedIn, and Google Ads, not just directing an agency.
  • A record of hitting lead generation targets, and the ability to show how your campaigns contributed to pipeline and revenue.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics: funnel metrics, attribution, cost per lead, and turning dashboards into decisions.

Benefits

  • Health Benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Company Ownership
