The Production Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the administrative functions of the production team. The position is responsible for managing production-related documentation and ensuring smooth communication between various departments.
Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily administrative activities, including reviewing and resolving the exception list, OOP resolution, product change, delete cases, and report resolution (zero charge, no remake reason, DE deselected price, digital not outsourced, cases on hold, negative charge cases).
- Complete research on cases for resolution, including cases returned for credits, unknown cases, and correction cases from other departments and DDS China.
- Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of production process and Dental Laboratory industry a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem solve across functional areas of DDS Lab.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently.
