Summary
RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Program Admin Assistant to assist the Young Adult ACT program in West Babylon, NY. In this role, you will provide ongoing administrative support to the Young Adult ACT program and staff. Oversee the maintenance of client documentation needed and responsible to ensure timely completion and submission of billing.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year experience completing administrative tasks in an office setting with at least one year of medical billing experience.
- Training/certificate for billing and coding is preferred.
- A valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
- Background check required.
