Lifecore has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead complex, technical client programs within our dynamic Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). In this highly visible role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and external clients to bring innovative pharmaceutical and medical device products from concept through commercialization.
Job description
This is an onsite role based in Chaska, Minnesota.
As a key member of our project management team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead multiple projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion while coordinating cross-functional internal teams and external client stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client programs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge resources for clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive project schedules, milestones, risks, and issue resolution to support successful project outcomes
- Communicate project status, business impacts, and key milestones to clients, team members, and leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project objectives are achieved while meeting quality, regulatory, and business requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, Engineering or Science preferred
- 2-5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical or regulated environment
- Experience managing client-facing projects and building effective stakeholder relationships
- Technical experience with manufacturing, production, or product development processes; CDMO experience preferred
- Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical cGMP experience preferred
- Solid understanding and practical application of project management principles, methodology, and tools
- Demonstrated success onboarding new projects and clients while managing multiple priorities
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Requirements
