Company overview

Life Enriching Communities (LEC) is a leading not-for-profit senior living provider with a rich history dating back to 1899. Founded originally as The Methodist Home for the Aged, LEC has evolved into an integrated family of lifestyle communities and senior living services in the greater Cincinnati area and throughout Ohio. The organization operates six continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) including Twin Towers in College Hill, Twin Lakes in Montgomery, Concord Reserve in Westlake, Wesley Glen in Columbus, Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, and Wesley Woods in New Albany. LEC provides a comprehensive continuum of care services ranging from independent living and assisted living to skilled nursing, memory support, rehabilitation services, and hospice care. With a philosophy centered on whole person wellness, the organization serves over 1,000 residents across more than one million square feet of maintained space. LEC is affiliated with the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church but welcomes people of all faiths, maintaining a commitment to inclusive spiritual programs and pastoral care services. The organization employs between 501-1,000 associates who deliver personalized services through a framework of mutual respect, effective communication, and professional excellence.
