Job description
We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team at our DaVita Brighton Park and Kenwood locations. No prior dialysis experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, paid training and dedicated support to help you confidently transition into nephrology nursing.
What your typical day looks like:
- Managing personalized dialysis treatments and monitoring patient vitals in a state-of-the-art clinic.
- Leading and collaborating with a dedicated team of PCTs, Dietitians, and Social Workers.
- Educating patients and their families on kidney health and wellness.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
- CNN certification a plus
