As an RN, you'll have the independence to manage your patients and schedule, without giving up the support of a strong team.
Join our Logan team. Most visits will be in East Boston and Winthrop, with additional coverage in Chelsea and Revere. You'll work with a diverse patient population and provide care where patients live every day.
What you'll do
As an RN, you'll oversee the patient's plan of care and work closely with an interdisciplinary team.
- Complete patient assessments and admissions
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, education, and treatment
- Coordinate care with patients, families, and providers
- Document care and review charts
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- At least one year of acute care nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- Comfort working with various computer systems; experience with handheld clinical devices preferred
